Position Title: REGISTERED DIETITIAN / LICENSED NUTRITIONIST

Duties: Design, implement, and evaluate clients’ employees wellness programs focused on chronic disease prevention, performance, and overall health. Coordinate onsite events such as health fairs, biometric screenings, cooking demos, fitness challenges, and nutrition workshops; Develop and manage data-driven wellness strategies, tracking outcomes and ROI; Collaborate with client’s HR, benefits teams, and corporate leadership to align wellness goals with organizational objectives. Deliver high-impact presentations, workshops, and lunch-and-learn sessions in Spanish, Portuguese, and English; Facilitate interactive classes on topics such as nutrition, physical activity, hydration, sports performance, and healthy behavioral habits; Develop culturally relevant content, toolkits, handouts, and digital materials to support participant engagement, Conduct 1:1 or small-group nutrition counseling for chronic disease prevention and management, including: Diabetes & prediabetes, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Obesity & metabolic health, GI concerns, provide personalized meal plans, behavior change strategies, and evidence-based interventions, Utilize motivational interviewing and coaching techniques to support lasting lifestyle change; Create tailored fueling protocols for recreational to competitive athletes; Guide clients’ employees on hydration, recovery, supplementation, and performance nutrition; Support corporate athletic events, wellness competitions, and fitness challenges, develop nutrition challenges, wellness campaigns, educational series, and digital programs, Use analytics to measure engagement, health improvements, and program success, Continuously update content in alignment with the latest nutrition science and guidelines. Some services will be provided at events held at multiple locations. These events typically take place within Broward County, Miami-Dade County, and Palm Beach County. Additionally, services will be provided around 75% outside and 25% in the office.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Registered License in Nutrition,  a minimum of 36 months of experience in the field of nutrition, and fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.

Days/Hours:  40 hours per week

Salary: $ 73,757 per year
